Dear Rhonda and Chris:

    Let me personally thank you for developing the ThermaHug neck pillow. Since I work at a computer keyboard all day, my neck, shoulders and back muscles get very tight and sore.   For years, I have relied on medications and heating pads with short term relief. Since I dislike taking medications and heating pads proved to do little more than dry out my skin and make me feel hot; I have been searching for other alternatives. Stretching exercises and yoga help and of course, massage feels great but is not always available.
By chance, I heard about your ThermaHug neck pillow. It looked a larger version of similar neck pillows I had seen elsewhere and had already tried with so-so relief. Those felt good at first but after less than a minute, they had cooled and were no longer effective.   Then I tried the ThermaHug neck pillow. As soon as I picked it up, I noticed a big difference. It was definitely heavier. After heating it up in the microwave, I placed it on my neck and was simply amazed. I could actually feel my neck and shoulder muscles relaxing. The weight seems to help the heat sink deep down into those tight muscles and within minutes, the tension was easing. To top it off, the wonderful lavender aroma filled my senses with relaxation.   At last! A product that is simple to use, yet affordable and most importantly truly effective.
Since then, I have purchased a face pillow for my sister which she noticed helped relieve her tension and sinus headaches and a tummy pillow for my daughter that has proven effective in relief of menstrual cramps. As a nurse, I know the impact pain can have on one's life. It's hard to be happy when you hurt. Thanks to your products, many people such as myself have experienced a definite improvement in the quality of our lives.

I am a cancer patient with multiple myeloma and have been using a wonderful product (ThermaHug Large Back Pillow) as a way to put heat where it is needed. The greatest need is at my back and spine area and it works wonders every time I use it. It not only puts heat right where I need it, but it also gives an aroma of lavender that is soothing and refreshing at the same time. Due to chemotherapy I have nerve damage in my feet and I recently discovered that the ThermaHug also works to give me relief from pain in my feet. I am a cycling instructor for Golds Gym and I also like to ride outdoors as well.
