    To begin your return process please fill out the form below. Once we have  recieved your notice we will contact you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. This number must be obtained prior to exchanging or replacing any product. Please call 210-218-6647 if you have any questions or need further assistance on your return.

    With the exception of embroidered pillows, ThermaHug, LLC will gladly accept the return or exchange of any unopened package in its original state for up to 30 days after delivery. ThermaHug, LLC is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred & a 15% restocking charge will be added to your order for this service. We will replace any opened but defective product with an identical product for up to 30 days after delivery and cover any shipping charges incurred. Your satisfaction with our products is very important to us and we will handle any of your concerns promptly and with integrity.
